Digital Products (Music Downloads)

All sales of digital products, including mixtapes, albums, and individual tracks, are final. Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital purchases.

If you experience a technical problem — such as a corrupted file, a download link that does not work, or a file that will not play — contact us at ceomosb5@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase. We will replace the file or re-send your download link at no charge. If we cannot deliver a working copy of your purchase, we will issue a full refund.

If you were charged more than once for the same order, contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge.
